Jackie Krause, Ph.D.
Dr. Jackie Krause is an assistant professor in the College of Business and Professional Studies with Ashford University where her teaching emphasis is on project management and general business courses. Jackie’s research interests include knowledge transfer via social and collaborative means, the use of social media for research, and continuous improvement in online teaching practices.
Jackie has written a chapter for the edited book Social Media for Academics: A practical guide titled Tracking references with social media tools and co-authored a chapter titled Pragmatics of Twitter use for academics (Ed. Diane Rassmussen Neal) published in August, 2012.
