Jay Stulo, Learning Innovation and Technology manager and Director of Wisc-Online at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI, leads a department of software and multimedia developers responsible for creating educational software and e-learning systems in support of the college’s educational and business and industry partnerships. The Learning Innovation department provides educational technology services to WICareerpathways.org, Wisconsin TechConnect, WiscOnline.org, RisePartnership.org, as well as businesses throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.
Jay has an AAS-Information Technology degree from FVTC, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lakeland College, and is currently working on a master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies at UW Stout.
