Tacoma Community College
Kristina Young has been teaching since 1993. Over the course of those years, she has taught high school Language Arts, History, and Drama, as well as Composition and Humanities at the college level. Since the beginning, Kristina has been integrating both technology and open or found sources that move beyond the standard text book. Much of these practices comes from a firm idea that outcomes should drive the curriculum, and that these outcomes should be measurable. She is currently an adjunct English instructor and certified Quality Matters Master Reviewer and Applying the QM Rubric independent facilitator/trainer.
